To allow for construction to take place as part of Olympia’s redevelopment works, 12 parking bays located to the north of Olympia on Maclise Road will need to be suspended from 3rd June 2021 for the disconnection of water services and then to accommodate the erection of timber safety hoarding until June 2024. These parking bays are currently pay by phone/pay and display/resident bays.

The parking survey undertaken in February 2020 shows that during events held at Olympia there will be spare capacity in alternative bays situated within a 100m radius. These will accommodate any additional parking demand caused by the suspension of the Maclise Road bays.
