Q: I am visiting an event this week, and wondered if you have a cloakroom where I can store my coat or luggage during my visit?

A: Olympia London’s cloakroom will be closed for the foreseeable future. We recommend you don’t bring any items you cannot carry around the show. Please check the event website for show specific details e.g. buggy parking.  

Q: What are the opening times for my event?

A: Please check event pages on the Olympia London website ahead of your visit to see the specific opening times. Some shows will have allotted entry times to help with social distancing so please check your ticket for details. Please buy your ticket in advance to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. 

Q: Will i get my bag searched?

A: Yes, we will carry out bag searches with additional safety procedures to keep you and our staff safe. We advise you don't bring a bag where possible to ensure your entry into the venue is as quick and easy as possible. For a list of items, please visit here

Q: How much does it cost to park at the venue?

A: The cost of parking varies depending on how long you are staying for. We encourage you pre-book more than 24H in advance for a contactless parking experience and ensure availability. Click here for more information and our parking tariffs.

Q: Can I park a van or lorry in the carpark?

A: Yes, we do have spaces for lorries and vans though they are limited and it is recommended to pre-book your slot to guarantee your space.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

A: Yes, Olympia London is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchairs can be hired from the venue if needed. For more information on access visit here

Q: Is parking available for coaches?

A: Unfortunately we don’t offer coach parking at the venue. The nearest coach parking facility is Wembley.

Q: I’d like to enquire about holding an event at Olympia London?

A: You can make an enquiry through our website here. If we can help, our team will respond to you as quickly as possible. 

Q: I'd like to enquire about exhibiting at one of the events held at Olympia London? 

A: You will need to contact the specific show organiser directly regards exhibiting. They will be able to provide further information relating to costs and operations. You can find their contact details on the individual event page in the What's On section of our website. 

Q: Are you allowed to bring dogs into the exhibition area?

A: Guide dogs are welcome in the venue however other pets will not be allowed access.

Q: What is the best way of getting to the venue?

A: We have a dedicated train station next to the venue, Kensington (Olympia), and we are walking distance from West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations. To plan your journey visit here.

Q: Where can I claim my lost property?

Q: Is there WiFi?

A: Yes there is Free Visitor WiFi onsite.

Q: How do I buy tickets or register for an event?

A: Please make sure you buy a ticket before you turn up to Olympia London as most shows are not selling tickets to walk up visitors. Please check the Whats On section of our website for the latest event information and how to buy tickets. 

Q: Is there food and drink available at Olympia London?

A: Yes, there are plenty of options available inside the venue and in the surrounding area. Check out our Food and Drink guide for more information here

Q: Do you have ATM's?

A: Yes we have several ATM's in the entrances to the venue. There is also an ATM opposite Kensington (Olympia) train station. However, we recommend card and contactless payment wherever possible throughout our venue.

Q: When is the office open?

A: Office operating hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday - Friday.
